What I like about Clickbank is they track the affiliate
sales automatically so you know your commissions are
safe. Here's why:
| A few years ago I worked with an
affiliate program where the eBook owner had their
own system for tracking affiliate sales. One day
I logged onto the system and saw that I had $300
worth of commissions coming. The next
day the system said I hadn't made any sales that
month. Can you imagine! I can't prove it, but I
know the greedy %*&%^$#$#s were changing the
stats so they didn't have to send out checks!

With Clickbank, it's all automatic so
you won't have to worry about anyone stealing your
commission. You will be able to track your paychecks and
see daily stats of your sales.

- Copy the URL code you get from Clickbank into
notepad.
Option 1: Offer the
book through your email signature file. Just say
something like: "Want to save
90% on eBay listing fees? Click Here to learn
how" then link to the
affiliate code provided by Clickbank.
Option 2: Use your
"About Me" page to offer the book. This
is Jim Cockrum's idea and it works great! Here's
how it works: You place your affiliate link on
your About Me page and then guide bidders to it
with a crafty statement at the top of your
auctions. I say 'crafty statement' because you
cannot, by eBay's rules, tell people to go and
buy elsewhere. You CAN, however, 'highly
recommend" they visit your About Me page to
learn how to save 90% on their listing fees. Once
there, when they follow your affiliate link and
make a purchase you will get paid! To do this,
put a photo of the book on your About Me page and
link it to your affiliate link. Then, place your
recommendation on top of every auction you run.

- Now spread the word! If you are selling the book
in your ebay store, make sure you have a
mini-gallery photo of it in all of the auctions
you run. Include the signature message in every
email you send out, especially messages to eBay
users.
